My approach to graphic design
Clear communications are key to getting great results. My approach begins with a brief discussion about the project. I then do some competitive research and take an in-depth look at the situation; your story, your approach, who you are trying to reach and your goals. This forms the foundation upon which I visualize, explore directions, and look for best approach for achieving the goals. Best design concepts are developed and presented. Designs are discussed and developed – and revised into the final version through a collaborative process. The project is then finished and delivered.
Great design is a lot more than knowing how to use color, typography, and some cool imagery. It’s understanding how to visually communicate to educate, inspire, and move people to action. It’s not enough to just make stuff “look good”, it needs to tell a story and accomplish results. It’s a combination of creative talent and expert understanding of processes that produce the best work. From concept to completion my goal is simple — deliver the best work — in less time — and for less cost – that gets results.
